Laura G. Moldowan, Of Counsel

Laura Moldowan received her B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1986
where she graduated Cum Laude and her Juris Doctor from the University
of Florida College of Law in 1994.
In addition to being an accomplished attorney, she is also a Certified
Public Accountant who has worked for a large national accounting firm
and was also the Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategist for Bank
of America. This experience enables Ms. Moldowan to bring a whole different
perspective to the advice she gives our corporate clients with regard
to wealth management, estate matters and other legal issues.
Ms. Moldowan has worked in private practice for various law firms. She
is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, Florida Bar and Washington D.C. Bar.
Her specialties include Business Planning, Estate Planning, Tax Planning,
Probate and Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, Commercial and Residential
Real Estate Law, Insurance Law, Business Litigation, Elder Law and Wills
and Trusts.
She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma and was the recipent
of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar
